宁波中基国际招标有限公司（以下简称“招标公司”）受业主委托，就海宁青年科技有限公司采购动力电池测试与模拟系统项目进行国际公开招标。现在邀请合格投标人就下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

1、投标货物名称、数量:

2. 招标文件售价：招标文件售价1000元人民币或140美元；招标文件售后不退。如需邮购，请另付100元人民币或 50 美元（国外）特快专递费，并请按下述开户银行及帐号汇款（汇款单上应注明汇款用途及招标编号），本公司不对邮寄过程中的遗失负责。

3. 购买招标文件时间： 2011年 6月 13日起每天（节假日除外）北京时间上午9：30 —11：00，下午1：30—4:00。

4. 购买招标文件截止时间：在投标截止时间之前24小时停止出售本公告招标项目的招标文件。

5. 购买招标文件地点：宁波中基国际招标有限公司。

6. 投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2011年 7月 5日09∶30(北京时间)之前递交。2011年 7月5日09∶30(北京时间)之前递交投标文件的请递交至宁波中基国际招标有限公司，2011年 7月5 日当天09∶30(北京时间)之前递交投标文件的请递交至开标地点。

7. 开标时间和地点：定于2011年 7月5 日09:30（北京时间）在宁波中基国际招标有限公司公开开标。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

Entrusted by the purchaser, Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd., invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers at home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and /or services by wary of International Competitive Bidding.

1. Name and quantity of the goods and main technical specifications:

2. Price of the Bidding Documents: RMB￥1000 or US$140，shall be on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥100 (Home) or US$50 (Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for each package of the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by mail.

3. Time of selling the Bidding Documents: Between 9:00-11:00 AM, 1:30-4:00 PM (Beijing Time, except holidays) June.13 , 2011.

4. Deadline for selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening.

5. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd.

6. Deadline for submitting the Bidding Documents: All bidding documents should be at 09:30 on July 5, 2011 (Beijing time) to submit. July 5, 2011 prior to submission of bidding documents, please submit to the Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd., July 5, 2011 the day of submission of biddingr documents, please submit to the bid opening location.
